TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum Order
Aromatic catering requires catering orders to be a minimum of $20.00 unless otherwise arranged with Aromatic staff.
Hire Fees
Hire charges may apply to certain catering equipment, speak to our staff to find out details.
Free CBD Delivery
Free CBD delivery for catering orders over $50.00, otherwise a delivery fee may apply.
Last Minute Orders
Our team is available to assist you and as a result we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. However, certain menu items do require 24 hours notice or more.
Terms of Trade
Payment is due 14 days upon receiving of the order.
Cancellations
Proper notice is required for cancellations or a percentage fee may apply.
Lost or Broken Equipment
Any lost or broken equipment will be at the customers expense. The customer will be notified of any charges.
